You should check these Conditions periodically for changes prior to using our website. By using the Site following any modifications to these Conditions, you agree to be bound by any such modifications.
Our website is intended and directed to residents of Australia and all advertising and claims contained in the Site are valid only in Australia.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We may, at any time and without notice to you, discontinue any of the products or services currently available on the website.
All prices indicated for products available via our website are the full price (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of GST and delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges.
3. Purchase Related Policies
The products and services available on our website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Conditions.
4. Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
Orders placed on the website will be subject to 24 Floor Store’s conditions of supply.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
You may pay using any of the methods specified in the Payment section of our website. You confirm that the payment method that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See Delivery section of our website. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Subject to your rights at governed by Australian law, we will only accept the return of products if the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will (at our option) replace the products or credit your account with a full refund; or
we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will (at our option) replace the incorrect product with the correct product or credit your account with a full refund. You may not return or cancel your products or order because you change your mind.
You must pay all costs of returning products to us, however, we will refund those costs if we accept the return of products under clause our conditions. All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging (except for defective or faulty products) along with any accompanying accessories and an explanation for returning the products. If we do not accept the return of products under our conditions we will contact you to before taking further action.
9. Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with Section 5. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
